He is the CEO and co-founder of The Final Flourish. He specialises in Leadership and Performance Coaching of senior leaders as well as emerging leaders.
He has an enhanced sense of 'Contextual Awareness' which is essentially an amalgamation of IQ, EQ and SQ, which is largely an outcome of having been a successful global leader. He has lived in several countries including UK, Australia, USA and lead teams in all of these as well as European and Middle East countries.
His distinctive sense of humor makes the coaching journey even more fun for the participants.
He has successfully coached over 1000 mid and senior level leaders through simple and sustainable methods and techniques.
He has worked in and with Fortune 50 companies like Dell, TCS, HCL, UTC to name a few.
In the first decade of his career he was the Regional Head for $ 2 Billion IT services company in Australia. Thereafter he was the head of various functions and also lead the Manufacturing Vertical, established a JDE Practice and also lead the Global Workforce Management function in Fortune 50 companies.
He also lead team size of over 1000 people spread across diverse geographies, servicing Fortune 30 customers.
Neeraj is also a champion of 'Gender Diversity' in Leadership and is one of the mentors supporting 'Mentoring the WISE'.
Neeraj draws his inspiration from golfing, cooking and people.
Shalini is the Co-founder of The Final Flourish. She is an MS from BITS Pilani and MBA in Marketing and has been in the services industry for close to 20 years.
She specialises in Leadership and Performance Coaching of senior leaders as well as emerging leaders. She has coached over 400 people on Leadership skills and also various dimensions of Communication Skills.
She has an innate ability to study and observe human behaviors and draw deep inferences from that. She also is a very smart and effective communicator and is able to connect with professionals across seniority levels and has been deeply appreciated for this.
Her last job was with Dell and has lived and worked in various countries including USA, UK, Singapore, France and India, she has a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities. She is known to have a deep understanding on diverse subjects which she integrates in her coaching conversations and interventions.
While in the corporate world, she was a fast tracker and was one of the youngest Associate Directors’ in a Fortune 50 company. Now she is supporting and mentoring women to take up senior leadership roles through her initiative 'Mentoring the WISE'.
Shalini is also passionate about pursuing music, dance and seeing people smile.
